MY STORY

Hey there, I'm Gisele, a passionate yoga enthusiast originally from the Spanish heartlands, now soaking up the vibes in Melbourne.

Back in 2016, my journey to India sparked a transformative adventure, triggering significant personal and spiritual growth and setting me on a diverse exploration of all things yoga. I've clocked over 600 hours in Yoga Teacher Trainings, diving into Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Rocket yoga. Thanks to guidance from brilliant mentors worldwide,
I'm actually one of the few Rocket Yoga teachers in Australia.

I'm excited to share my passion with you! To me, yoga is the path to discovering bliss and balance in life. Join me for a practice, and I'll lead you through so you can personally experience the wonderful benefits of yoga.

In my classes, alignment and breath awareness take center stage, with personalized variations to suit each individual's needs. I infuse a sense of joy and playfulness into my teaching, all while deeply respecting the time-honored traditions of Yoga. I thrive on presenting challenges and infusing dynamism into every session, ensuring a fulfilling and invigorating experience for all.

Check here the class styles and options to practice with me :)

Looking forward to seeing you all on the mat!

MY PRACTICE

My personal yoga practice is wonderfully varied. Every morning begins with non-negotiable meditation, pranayama and journaling, setting a serene tone for the day.

Throughout the week my home practice is a vibrant tapestry of styles, where I oscillate between the structured sequences of Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate series and the invigorating challenges of Rocket yoga. Additionally, I cherish the opportunities to join my fellow teachers in Melbourne, where I immerse myself in the fluidity of Vinyasa or the nourishing stillness of Yin sessions.

Beyond the confines of the mat, yoga infuses every moment of my life, guiding my actions, thoughts, and interactions with mindfulness and grace.

MORE

I enjoy the fluid movement of the body and awakening the mind. Spending time on activities like handstanding, hiking, bouldering, and dancing fuels my passion. I practice Bhakti Yoga by chanting and reading and all wrapped up in a love for traveling, exploring, and discovering new horizons.
